We are a multi-skilled Engineering Department operation within a service company specialising in crane maintenance and lifting operations. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced project engineer to manage a project from indicial FEED threw to offshore installation.
Main Responsibilities:
To develop concept designs into working production.

We are a multi-skilled Engineering Department operation within a service company specialising in crane maintenance and lifting operations. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced project engineer to manage a project from indicial FEED threw to offshore installation.
Main Responsibilities:
To develop concept designs into working production. This will involve but will not be limited to:
• Compiling and reviewing design inputs and functional requirements
• Designing detailed components
• Drawing component and assembly drawings
• Supervise the manufacture and build of unit design
• Supervise the testing of unit design
• Review test data and make design modification and re-testing, as required, supervising the design and build of unit design
• Undertake customer visits in support of specific projects or business development as and when required. Some International travel is expected along with offshore visits
Experience:
• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or a similar Qualification.
• Minimum of 5 yrs+ in a previous Project Engineering role or Design Engineer position
• Experience of Stress Strain Analysis and Static Calculations an advantage
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, Offshore and Manufacturing environments
• Strong CAD skills, preferably with SolidWorks.
• Computer Literate in MS Office Packages
