Description
Required Skills and Experience•Ability to read various types of technical drawings (structural, P& IDs, piping isometrics etc)
•MS Office skills (especially Excel)
•Surveying offshore.
Preferred Skills and Experience•Managing offshore / site painting programmes
•Fabrication yard coatings experience
•Material take off / estimating skills
•Leading a small team.
Project Engineer (Fabric Maintenance)
Duties•To review inspection & survey reports to extract information.
•To extract engineering information from drawings, line lists etc and put into spreadsheet system.
•To undertake offshore coating surveys.
•To work as part of the ECM team.
Hours of Work 40 hrs per week onshore (pre/post surveys)
Offshore hours as required (surveys)
Required Qualifications N/A
Preferred Qualifications•Recognised paint inspection qualification
