Applicants should have good experience of current team methodology including supporting a 5S' culture and leading & implementing 8-D problem solving & cost reduction. The aim of this role is to improve QCD performance by using quality monitoring tools and having a Six Sigma approach to process improvement.
The successful applicant should possess a HNC or degree in an engineering discipline, or equivalent, and have experience of 5S & 8-D problem solving.

Process Support & Development Engineer

We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic individual to support the commitment to maintain a leading position within the companies worldwide network of Technical Service Centres.
Working in the direct repair area, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development of service practices and staff training and will play a key role in helping achieve the quality, cost and delivery improvement objectives.
