A large firm of construction and property consultants seeks a PFI Technical Due Diligence consultant to join them in their central London office.
Our client is a large firm of construction and property consultants. They now have a requirement for a PFI Technical Due Diligence Consultant to join their central London office. You will liaise with Project Companies, Funders / Monoline Guarantors and Investors working on the identification and elimination or management of risks to the Funders interests, act as the point of contact with the project funder and the bidding consortia, delivering project-monitoring services to the Funders during the construction phase including monthly reporting and certification duties, also helping with the preparation of fee submissions and marketing of the service. This role will suit an intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager or Project Manager who has probably gained experience of PFI projects. Ideally you will have a Degree in a Built Environment subject and be either already chartered or working towards membership with the RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent.
