The Qualifications
Physicist or Engineer with a 1st or 2.1 degree and PhD.
Demonstrable drive and commitment.
Sound knowledge of optical simulation software, imaging optics, and optical design, fabrication and testing
Project management experience preferred.
The successful candidate will be an Optical physicist/engineer contributing to and potentially leading technically demanding development projects.
Participate in the client interface, communication and management.
Take responsibility for best in class project delivery.
