Our leading UK client is looking for an experienced engineer to head up a small operations and maintenance team.
This position is based at our Immingham site and will be responsible for managing the operations and maintenance of a Water Treatment Plant on a Combined Heat and Power Station. Performance of this plant is key to the performance of 2 major oil refiners as it supplies water for both steam generation and cooling.
Ideally we are looking for the successful candidate to have experience of all of the below:
managing a small team of 7
previous experience of financial control (P&L and budgets)
strong operational and maintenance background
experience within industrial water market (would be an advantage)
extensive customer interface
managing sub contractors.
