Role Description:
My client is a well established and accomplished company who are a prominent player in the food sector. At this purpose built site the need has arisen for a leader to head up the production aspect of the business and take charge of this discipline. This role will encompass leadership tasks coupled with the renewed challenge of identifying and eradicating problematic areas within production, thus implementing the ideology of Kaizen. If successful you will be responsible for managing mangers, staffing issues and also helping develop peoples potential. Cohesion between the engineering and production sides of the business is imperative and in this role you will be needed to ensure this happens.
Required Experience:
The successful candidate will unquestionably need innate leadership qualities. Furthermore anyone with food experience will have a distinct advantage however this is not essential. Someone who can illustrate strategies they have implemented and the positive impact they had will certainly stand out from the competition. In addition this role does command that all applicants can work to deadlines and under pressure.
