Our client, a global telecoms company require an operate infrastructure candidate to be based in Edinburgh. The role will require the candidate to the
main technical escalation for programme e-mail incidents and downtime, providing technical support for e-mail backup, implementation and recovery. You will also be monitoring incident queues with regular updates and escalations, maintaining availability of email systems and minimise downtime and disruption for the customer, liaising with 2ND line support and with various departments within BT and customers where required. In order to apply candidates should have experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, MS Directory services, MIMESweeper, DHCP, DNS, VB scripting.
