Description

Create, control, maintain, evaluate and reschedule the Level 3 Project Plan in conjunction with all Project stakeholders and provide status reports to relevant parties whilst recognising the highest standards of Safety and Quality and in accordance with the our clients Management System and customer specific requirements

Create the Level 3 Project Plan ensuring that all activities within the scope of work are included and scheduled accordingly
Control and maintain the Plan
Evaluate and reschedule the Plan identifying potential problems and conflicts of work
Communicate issues to Site Manager, Planning Supervisor and Supervisors.
Reassign labour to achieve baseline milestones and maintain project on track, whilst ensuring compliance with company Key Safety Values
Continuously compare baseline to current plan, modify assignments to reflect delays and new milestones
Record all emergent work and variations to contract
Monitor all leave requests / working time directive efficiently and communicate any conflict / priority demands with Site Manager, Planning Supervisor for resolution
Continuously monitor resource requirements to maximise efficiency


General Information

Normally required to work in the UK but overseas assignments may be required.
Prepared to work reasonable amounts of overtime, at short notice, to suit the operational demands of the business

Person Specification
P3E user
Undergone Recognised Planning course & proficient in using Project Management Tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera 5)
Client Contractor National Safety Group (CCNSG) - Safety Passport
Current Valid SC or Nuclear Security Clearance.
