Night Shift Engineer £34K
Corby
Continentals - Regular Nights
My client is a reputable food manufacturer with a large manufacturing site in Corby. They are currently looking for a Night Shift technician to join their engineering maintenance team with an aim to keep the factory running through the hours of production. You will focus on planned maintenance when the plant is available and will be proactive in improving the equipment and machinery to deliver a more reliable factory.
Key Responsibilities / Result Areas:
•Meet all Health & Safety responsibilities as defined in the H&S Policy.
•Enforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) within factory areas.
•Deliver a professional and helpful approach to maintenance.
•Will use the planned maintenance system in SAP
•Will be a team member in delivering a service to the business.
•To respond to breakdown/emergencies within timescales
Competencies / Attributes / Knowledge / Skills:
•Team Player
•Time served and a minimum of City and Guilds
•Must have experience in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
•Good communicator with a helpful personality
•Highly motivated to get the job done with a high degree of commitment
•Very good attendance record
