Based: Swindon
The Night Production Supervisor / Night Shift Manager will lead a multi-skilled manufacturing workforce producing high quality, precision engineered products to exacting specifications, working from Sunday to Thursday nights.
Our client is a world leader in the manufacture of precision engineered products for medical applications, with a network of international businesses all around the globe.
The successful Night Production Supervisor / Night Shift Manager will possess a relevant engineering qualification, with experience in the production of precision engineered products, ideally gained within a blue chip engineering organisation. Experience of batch flow production and CNC programming will be advantageous, as will any experience gained in a regulated manufacturing environment.
The role of Night Production Supervisor / Night Shift Manager demands excellent leadership and motivational skills, together with a robust and direct management style, excellent communication skills and a good understanding of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
