Description
Our Client, a Global Telecoms Company, is currently looking for an experienced Network Designer to work in a project for the NHS. The desired candidat
must have previous experience in designing Nortel based voice environments.
The successful candidate will be providing pre sales consultancy and technology design support in voice and IT services. The candidate will be developing a technical solution which delivers the customers requirements which can be implemented successfully by the sales team. The successful candidate will need to have had previous experience in a technical oversight role in particular with Nortel based Voice environments.
The desired candidate will need to be able to conduct risk management for the voice environment and also for any proposed changes involving voice and IT integration. The candidate will need to maintain an architectural overview of the solutions developed for individual health boards. The successful candidate will need to ensure that common patterns, standards and models are adhered to which will seek to promote the maximum reuse of solutions. The successful candidate will need to capture the customers technical requirements by attending customer meetings. The successful applicant will need to be able to provide advice on the voice architecture to the project management team and also to the service designer.
