Description
Our client, a global telecoms company, requires a network design engineer, experienced in the area of CTI enabling of large ACD solutions based on Ava
a, Meridian, Hipath DX, and Nortel CS2K equipment. The successful applicant with have experience with CTI application suites i.e. Unified Messaging, Contact Centre and System Management. Also experience with multimedia servers offering Presence, whiteboarding, instant messaging, meet me conferencing, web collaboration, and file transfer. Must be able to work alone or as part of a team and be able to produce documentation to a high standard. The successful applicant, if not already cleared, must be eligible to go through SC clearance.This is a contract vacancy to be based in Wiltshire and the daily rate of pay is negotiable depending upon experience.
