National Contracts Manager Facilities Maintenance
We are currently seeking to recruit a Contracts Manager based in the Midlands to cover the UK for a well known facilities maintenance Company. The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience and in turn will receive a salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits.
As a National Contacts/ Accounts Manager you would be charged with managing existing customer accounts, ensuring that KPIs are achieved and maintained in order to provide the best possible levels of service. You will be responsible for attending meetings with customers to manage existing requirements as well as identifying new ones. Once a new requirement has been identified you will carry out site surveys, create quotes and compile tender documents as required. You will also be responsible for developing new relationships with new clients. You will report directly to the Director of Building Services Maintenance and have various teams of operations staff available to assist you in achieving your goals.
The ideal candidate will be a well motivated individual who has the ability to manage his/her time well, unsupervised. Previous experience in Account Management/ Contract Management in the facilities maintenance field is essential and a technical back ground would be an advantage. A full UK driving licence is required for the role.
There is a competitive package on offer to the successful candidate including a salary of up to £55,000 plus Bonus, Company Car, Pension and Medial Care.
