As Part of a Multinational company in the plant hire industry our client requires a service engineer to work from one of their Yorkshire Locations. The successful candidate will report to the site Forman and will be responsible for service and safety inspection of the company vehicles which include diesel engines, electrical and diesel telescopic booms, scissor lifts and large trucks.
You will be a timed served service engineer specifically coming from the access plant hire industry. You will have experience with booms, scissors, truck mounts and telly handlers. You will be fully health and safety aware preferably possessing a CSCS card though not essential. Although the role is electrically bias you will be required to do basic fault finds on extendable platforms.
60% electrical
40% mechanical
90% Workshop based
10% Site based with a vehicle provide as needed
Points of Appeal:
£15 - £20 per hour
