Job Title:Multi Skilled Technician
Location:Aylesford Kent
Hours:2 week alternating rota (6.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 10.00pm) 5 out of 7.
Salary:£25-28kdepending on exp

Our Client is looking for experienced Multi Skilled maintenance Engineer to work at a high profile commercial building in the Aylesford area.
Duties will include
Provide a comprehensive maintenance service to the building through planned preventative maintenance and management of specialist contractors. To carry out first fix repairs on all building fabric, fixtures and equipment. Liaise with the Maintenance Management to minimize maintenance costs wherever possible. Provide technical expertise to Distribution Manager in emergency situations. Main responsibilities (maximum of 10):
Reactive maintenance: investigate all reactive tasks monitor building and equipment performance to minimize any disruption to branch operations, using all means available including any BMS

To be able to demonstrate technical competencies City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 (or JIB approved), or NVQ equivalent (gives 16th Edition IEE)

To be competent in IT systems to carry out daily duties
