The Person:-
As a multi- Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be skilled in both electrical and mechanical fault find and repair and will have worked on a number of faults on machinery used in the food and beverage industries. You will be able to fault find to a basic level on PLCs, and if you can programme them, you will be at a distinct advantage. It would be preferable if you hold a 16th Edition certificate also. You must be flexible enough to work shifts.
The Role: -
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be working on a wide range of equipment used in the food and beverage industry. Typical faults will include; motors, gears, drives, PLCs, pneumatics and hydraulics, amongst many others. It will be your responsibility to ensure that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum and will be expected to work on both reactive and pre-planned faults.
