Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer required.
My Client, a leading supplier of insulated and specialist glass products is looking to recruit an Experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
A good working knowledge of the following will be a distinct advantage:
> Drive and control systems.
> Electro mechanical systems.
> Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuitry.
> General building maintenance.
Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, the responsibilities include:
>Planning and installation of new machinery as part of the ongoing investment programme.
>Disconnection, moving and re-installation of machinery as part of the site reorganisation programme.
>Carry out planned maintenance on all plant machinery and premises.
>Fault-finding, problem analysis and repair of plant and equipment, to minimise downtime.
Skills Required:
>Qualified Maintenance Engineer
>Electrical and Mechanical skills (electrical skills a priority)
>Experience in manufacturing industry
A self-motivated person with the ability to manage and plan own time and resources is essential for this role as the successful applicant will be operating with little supervision over a two shift, rotating routine.
