We are seeking an Electrician to work on a contract over 4 commercial buildings in the Lambeth area. Van and mobile phone supplied.
Job Title: Mobile Electricians
Location: West London
Hours: 8am-5pm
Salary: £32k
Benefits: Van, Mobile phone, 25 days holiday, pension.
Our Client a prestigious Facilities Management company are currently seeking an Electrician to work on a prestigious high profile contract over 4 commercial buildings in the Lambeth area.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining lighting, power, UPS, motors, building services plant, PPMs, helpdesk and reactive maintenance over 4 large buildings in the Lambeth area. You will be a sole engineer dealing with the Client on a daily basis with support from specialist engineers in other areas.
Skills / Qualifications Required
Candidates should be qualified to a minimum of City and Guilds Part 1&2 or equivalent.
Be customer facing and motivated.
Be well presented.
Work on own initiative.
A previous building services / FM background is preferred but not essential.
