Mechanical technicians required to carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance of plant equipment and the building fabric at a site in South Kensington.

Job Title: Mechanical Technicians
Location: South Kensington
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 pa
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
Benefits: 19 days holiday, pension, overtime

Our client, a prestigious managed services company, is currently seeking mechanical engineers to join a large maintenance team responsible for a high profile building in the South Kensington area. Duties include the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of plant equipment and the building fabric. Knowledge of air conditioning and BMS systems would be an advantage.

Education / Qualifications required
City & Guilds parts 1 & 2 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
A strong building services background
Ability to work as part of a team or to own imitative
