Description
The Estates Team provide a complete repair and maintenance service for the University buildings and residences.
Working as a member of the maintenance team you will carry our fault diagnosis/rectification on a wide range of commercial and domestic gas appliances across the campus, including Halls of Residences and student houses and University plant and equipment. You will have recent experience working on a variety of gas appliances, ideally with service and maintenance operational experience within a similar environment, you will hold a current A.C.S. qualification and provide reactive support when and where required.
You will have knowledge of current legislation and willingness to have continual training along with good interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in a call out scheme will also be required.
