A building services contractor in Warwickshire seeks a Mechanical Project manager to join their team.
This Building Services Contractor in Stratford-on-Avon is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing Mechanical projects ranging from £50K to £2 Million from tender stage to the completion of the projects, including finalising the accounts and submission of O&M Manuals. You will need to be suitably qualified and have experience in all aspects of the mechanical contracting industry, be enthusiastic, ambitious and possess a positive and professional approach. Their projects include leisure, retail, commercial, education and health.
