Description
Our client is a market leader in the provision of facilities management and M&E services to both the private and public sectors, operating nationally through dedicated client based locations and a network of specialist business centres and service centres. They have an annual turnover of 400 million and were established in 1816.
They are currently looking for an Mechanical Manager to manage day to day facilities and maintenance on site.
You will be responsible for 10 mechanical engineers and will be dealing with minor new works, refurb and general maintenance.

The successful candidate must have an electrical HNC, good experience of maintenance and strong management skills. Client relationship skills are also very important.
