Description
Mechanical Shift Engineer
A leading manufacturer in the South Yorkshire requires an experienced Mechanical Shift Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance as part of an expanding maintenance team. Having consolidated production on their site near Rotherham the company is looking for talented Maintenance Engineers to support production and carry out improvement projects.
The successful candidate will possess an HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering along with experience of both proactive and reactive maintenance of fast-moving production lines. You will be working on equipment such as conveyors, rollers, bearings, motors, gearboxes and cranes. Good problem-solving abilities are essential, and experience with computerised maintenance management systems will be an advantage.
