Are you a mechanical fitter looking for your next contract? Are you from a heavy maintenance background?
If so this is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically trained maintenance fitter to gain experience working in some of the UK's biggest petrochemical and chemical companies in the north west. The company itself specialises in the maintenance and service of pumps, turbines and compressors used in process manufacturing plants. They have gained a significant amount of growth and are now looking to recruit several more maintenance fitters on a contract basis.

The company itself specialises in the maintenance and service of pumps, turbines and compressors used in process manufacturing plants. They have gained a significant amount of growth and are now looking to recruit several more maintenance fitters on a contract basis.
To be successful you will need to be a time served mechanical fitter, with excellent fault finding and repair skills in the field of rotating machinery - so people who have repaired pumps, turbines, compressors are ideal.
The initial role will start on a short term contract which will either become permanent or extended dependant on the candidates approach to the position. The role will involve both service and reactive maintenance work. You will be required to be flexible as the situation may dictate working long hours.
In return for the expertise you will show for the company they will offer you a excellent hourly rate and the other perks later down the line should your position become permanent.
