With an eye for safety and quality standards, youll assemble hydraulic power equipment from power packs to manifold assemblies to customer and internal design specifications from engineering drawings and hydraulic circuit diagrams.
Educated to modern apprenticeship level, or equivalent, in a relevant field of engineering, youll have at least a C&G in Mechanical Engineering, and preferably an ONC, together with the ability to read, understand and interpret circuit and engineering drawings.
With experience of working in the engineering industry as a skilled fitter, youll be preferably skilled in pipe fitting and welding.
