Description
A large construction firm in East London seeks a Mechanical Estimator for building engineering services.
This large Construction Company in east London requires a Mechanical Building Services Estimator. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of estimating and tendering procedures and substantial experience in estimating within the construction industry or a background in new build construction. You will provide realistic net price for projects to price all work in line with current market conditions and liaise with consultants in the tender preparation. You will ensure all subcontract packages are sent out in good time and prepare tender settlement sheets and attend tender settlement meetings. You will need to have a proven track record with a stable employment record, good references along with a clean smart appearance
