A firm of building services contractors in Cambridge seeks a Mechanical Estimator.
This Multi disciplinary Building Services Contractor is looking for a Mechanical Estimator to be based in Cambridge. Good knowledge of quantifying materials, plant and labour, preparing estimates, using computer aided systems and assessing tender bids, and meeting deadlines. Mechanical experience in the construction industry covering a wide range of projects is essential and good product knowledge is essential plus the ability to understand specifications, drawings and suppliers/subcontractor's quotations. You'll need to be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to focus on detail under pressure of deadlines and have a proactive approach to problem solving.
