Our Client are looking for a enthusiastic and flexible Mechanical Engineer to develop and support new and existing products & processes.
Mechanical Engineer (Product Design) - Sheffield
£28-30,000
Our Client based in Sheffield, currently have a requirement for a Mechanical Engineer to strengthen their team.
The role involves designing and developing new measurement products, plus supporting existing products and processes. The successful Candidate will interface with customers, suppliers and all internal functions, including Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Quality Assurance.
Essential
-HND / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Design and Manufacturing experience
-Concurrent Engineering
-Problem Solving
-2D CAD (AutoCAD preferred)
-Financially aware
-Team Worker
-Full Driving Licence
Desirable
-Development of instrumentation or electro-mechanical products Manufacturing in a small batch, manual assembly and test environment Flow measurement devices
