BASED IN RUNCORN, CHESHIRE
The assignment is for a mechanical engineer to assist with a major electrolyser project. you must have a fundamental understanding of mechanical engineering with an ability to get 'hands on' on the shop floor to troubleshoot the implementations of designs. a background in component manufacturing or automotive rather than chemical process is preffered.
main accountabilities.
provide design, project management and technical expertise to the engineering manager and technology engineer on the development and implementation of a range of engineering design and production developments for CHLOR ALKALI/ ELECTROLYSER production accross the electrochemical technology business- eg. metal fabrication, welding processes, hoses and jointing development, gasketting, electrical connection systems, electrode measurement and adjustment processes.
