Mechanical Engineer £30-£40 per hour!!
Salary and Location:
Salary: £extremely competitive.
Commutable to Teesside, Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Durham, Billingham.
Role Description:
Our client, a leading company in the power industry need to recruit urgently a Mechanical Engineer.
The role will be based at their offices with occasional visits to site.
Working within the power generation industry the projects are at initial design stage as well as working on plant upgrades.
Liaising with sub-contractors, vendors and clients throughout the project.
Understand discipline-based components of power plant and cycle and rudimentary knowledge of complete plant.
Review vendor approval drawings for correctness and contract requirements.
Implement vendor information into design document.
Required Experience:
An engineer from within the power industry, petrochemical, or similar background.
HNC Minimum

Excellent long term contracts available with the view to a permanent position if suitable. Flexibility in the role with the opportunity to progress and take on more responsibility.

Specialising in the power industry, they have a number of projects waiting to begin and are going through massive growth. My client want to increase their headcount by 150 within the next three years and are moving to new premises in the near future to accommodate this growth.
These are exciting times and engineers will be required for a number of other positions within the next few months.
