Our Hampshire based client urgently requires Mechanical Draughtsperson to join a team developing sensor and instrumentation systems for the downhole oil industry. Will have some knowladge of SolidWorks.

Our Hampshire based client urgently requires Mechanical Draughtsperson to join a team developing sensor and instrumentation systems for the downhole oil industry. Will have some knowladge of SolidWorks.
The purpose of the role is to implement design change solutions for existing products and to ensure consistent and accurate drawings and documentation.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintaining 3D CAD models and drawings within a document management environment.
* Process and record change through the company Engineering Change Control System
* Maintain master data and Bill of Material data in the company's manufacturing system..
* Provide support to the Manufacturing department.
* Promote and develop company practice and standards.
* Checking the design, draughting and BoM work of other designers.
* Additional tasks, as required.
