Mechanical Design Engineer required for a fast-growing Technology company in North London. Your specific area of expertise will be in Mechanical Engineering and Design with a solid basis in 3D CAD design and FEA (Finite element analysis). Experience with Solid Edge or AutoCAD would be desirable but not essential.

Mechanical Design Engineer required for a fast-growing Technology company in North London. Your specific area of expertise will be in Mechanical Engineering and Design with a solid basis in 3D CAD design and FEA (Finite element analysis). Experience with Solid Edge or AutoCAD would be desirable but not essential.
Ideally you will have experience with some of the following; Composite Structures, Modeling and Designing Metal Structures for Fatigue, Vibration and Noise (NVH) practice, Rotating Machinery and Electro-Mechanical systems.
Working as part of the Mechanical Design team the position requires a well rounded Engineer with a versatile skill set and the ability to contribute in areas ranging from Aerodynamics to Electronics and Instrumentation.
Desirable core areas of expertise include:
- proven Mechanical Design abilities
- familiarity with Composite Structures
- Modeling and Designing metal Structures for fatigue
- Vibration and Noise (NVH) experience
- experience with Rotating Machinery and Electro-Mechanical systems.
