Our client offers special purpose automated moulding machinery to industry; this client based in the West Midlands has been established for over 10 years and has a current turnover approaching £10 Million.
Key responsibilities will include maintaining the quality standards of the company through the quality of the design, understand factors that effect cost and able to design cost out, apply a company style to the machines designed and thinking laterally to solve problems.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of servo motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, linear bearings, rotary bearings, ball screws, belts and pulleys, gears and cams and have experience of 3D CAD modelling system, preferably Pro-Engineer.
