Mechanical Design Engineer - Gloucester £27,000
Looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who is fully conversant with 2D AutoCAD and several years experience in mechanical and hydraulic engineering. You will need to be educated to HNC/HND or better. 3D modelling (solidworks) experience would be an advantage but not essential. You will work with a broad base of customer accounts within Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineering sectors relating to Oil & Gas, Fatigue Testing, Pharmaceutical and Renewable & Nuclear Energy. You would be working with a small team of experienced engineers within the Engineering Department reporting to the Engineering Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing and detailing current and future contracts large and small.
Technical documentation.
Calculations.
BOMs
Meeting overall costs and time scales.
