Mechanical Design Engineer
£25 30k
Derby
My client designs and manufactures a range of machine tools to UK and International Markets. Due to an increased workload they are looking for an experienced design engineer to join their team.
The successful applicant will
•Have Solidworks experience
•Have experience of special purpose machinery design
•Design from a customers specification/ requirement
•Ensure all drawings and documentation is correct
•Be responsible for tracking the order, ensuring the project is kept with in budget and timescale
An interest in car and motorbike mechanics would be a distinct advantage for this role.
You will have a mechanical engineering background with excellent draughting skills. You will have a can do attitude as you will be working in a small design team.
