Our client seeks a Mechanical Engineer for design and project work on building services to work on a contract basis in Bedford.
This multi-disciplinary consultancy in Bedford requires a temporary Mechanical Design / Project Engineer for 2 3 months on a contract basis but it could go on longer to work on small to medium size refurbishments, maintenance, and new build schemes. You will need to be able to design Heating installations, Hot and Cold Water Service installations, Ventilation and air conditioning systems, Plant room layouts and other associated mechanical services as necessary. You will also be required to carry out investigations, feasibility work, surveys, using the relevant computer hardware software, and be capable of producing working drawings on CAD. You will also need to be up to date on Health and Safety standards.
