The role will involve:
•Concept to completion design of engine components (castings, cylinders, cranks) using unigraphics.
•Clean sheet of paper design and redesign work.
Mechanical Design Engineer - £28 p/h, 3 Months Minimum
Due to the major development work with one of the worlds leading OEMs, this bespoke manufacturer of engine components is looking for a mechanical design engineer on a contract basis to be involved with conceptual design and revamp work.

The role will involve:

•Clean sheet of paper design and redesign work.
The successful applicant will:
•Be proficient in 3D CAD.
•Have experience in the design of engines (could be from any industry).
•Have good problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

•Provide top end engineering solutions for the design and manufacture of engines used within a variety of industries. They are currently working new engine design and redesign work for road and racing engines.
