Employing c.70 engineering staff at its UK Headquarters, the Business offers a "through life" approach to its OEM Customers in Europe & America, from conceptual machinery design to working prototype, from final design testing to customer-site commissioning... and extends this to ongoing operational support where, for instance, line output levels need to reflect increases in demand; or where specialist technical advice is required for enhanced maintenance strategies .

Graduate Calibre Mechanical Engineer (HNC +)
2+ years in a modern manufacturing automation or special purpose machinery design environment
Design Skills enhanced by practical engineering know-how, including prototyping and testing
Solid Modelling / 3D CAD skills, including fabricated and machined parts for production
A skilled problem-solver with the ability to communicate, influence and convey credibility
A flexible approach to working patterns - commissioning projects tend to be planned outside core production times and can be overseas
