Mechancial Design Engineer - Northumberland

A vacancy has arisen in the Engineering Department for a CAD Design Engineer. .
The ideal candidate should be educated to HND in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
The individual must be a team player with the ability to interact with all areas of the Company, especially Manufacturing, Quality and Marketing, and be committed to the philosophy of Total Quality (BEST) and Continuous Improvement.
Requirements of the position will include:-
Processing engineering change notes, a general understanding of engineering change procedures.
To facilitate the above it will be necessary to be competent with Pro-E Wildfire 2 and AutoCAD. Further training will be provided
Highly motivated team player with an ability to work to tight deadlines with limited supervision. High attention to detail with a customer focused approach to work
Developing new products and accessories from concept to manufacture supporting the engineering functions by creating Pro-E Assemblies Models and Drawings
Assisting, by way of cross-functional team working, to bring new products to market effectively
