Description
Looking for 4 new Measurement Enigneers to assist in the Commercial Management of Bedfordshire Highways MAC contract.
Will initially work on site on one of the major construction contracts.
Key Requirements:
Suitable formal educational qualifications.
Good communication skills.
Good analytical mind.
Able to work as part of team
Experience:
Previous Quantity Surveying experience
Primary Duties:
Site measurement of works.
Measure and value works orders.
Financial management of contractor and subcontractor accounts.
Typical Activities:
Preparation of applications to the client.
Management of client budget for the major scheme to enable early warning of variances.
Assist with the production and review of cost values.
Data inputting
IT Skills:
Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel.
