Description

The successful candidate will:
Have proven experience of operating in a stores environment related to electronic products.
Hold a relevant technical qualification.
Have some knowledge of electronic components.

Materials Stores Administrator

Our Client is looking for a Stores Administrator to:
Receive all packages addressed to the company, and ensure that they get delivered to the person intended.
Inspect all material deliveries for quantity and quality, and to reject any non-conforming items.
Book-in all conforming material on computer system, and to assign it to the correct stores location.
Pick and despatch kits of material for assembly by subcontractors in accordance with a schedule.
Book-in assembled product received back from subcontractors.
Organise the processes necessary to fabricate an enclosure for each product.
Make stocked material available to anyone in the company who needs it.
Keep accurate records of all stock items.
Store all stock appropriately to ensure that it is kept in good condition.
Keep a tidy, organised storeroom.
Any other reasonable duties as required.

The successful candidate will:

Hold a relevant technical qualification.
Have some knowledge of electronic components.

Reliable and flexible.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Must be Computer literate
