My client, a provider of turnkey materials handling solutions for clients across the UK, are seeking a suitably experienced Electrical Engineer for a role that will be 75% office based within the West Midlands with the remainder of the time commissioning systems throughout the UK.
My client, a provider of turnkey materials handling solutions for clients across the UK, are seeking a suitably experienced Electrical Engineer for a role that will be 75% office based within the West Midlands with the remainder of the time commissioning systems throughout the UK.
The role will involve modifying standard control systems as required, liaising with conveyor manufacturers and clients to produce a system to meet the requirements of the client. The successful applicant will also be required to commission the systems ensuring a trouble free hand over to the client.
Applicants will require good controls experience gained within the materials handling sector, will have knowledge of PLC programming and good PC awareness including CAD. Ideally they will also have some PC programming experience within BASIC, Delphi, C++ or similar.
