Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to support the demand management process through the creation and maintenance of a robust Master Production Schedule, by effectively balancing customer demand with supply from manufacturing, to deliver product to the customer, on-time and in full.

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to support the demand management process through the creation and maintenance of a robust Master Production Schedule, by effectively balancing customer demand with supply from manufacturing, to deliver product to the customer, on-time and in full.
You will have
"Strong working knowledge of ERP and Master Production Scheduling principles and systems
"Excellent communication skills
"Knowledge of Demand Management Principles
Ideally with
"Aerospace or closely related industry
"PC skills (LS400, MS Office)
"Team management experience advantageous
"Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Duties
Main Responsibilities
"Ensure that production plans for material and capacities are prepared and agreed with manufacturing.
"Using LS400 disseminate information provided through the Sales and Operations process, throughout the organisation
"Monitor and communicate Portal (e-business) activity to the relevant Product Controllers
"Monitor manufacturing performance against plan, identify potential areas of downfall and liaise closely with Product Control and Manufacturing to resolve issues in a timely manner
"Develop and maintain MRP (LS400) and MPS functionality to support the Demand Management process
