My client is a Software Services company.As a successful and growing division they are now in need of an experienced marketing professional.
They are looking for someone intelligent, self motivated and hardworking. You will be given duties which will require you to work autonomously, efficiently and to a high standard.
Reporting on activity and duties performed will also form part of the weekly routines.

The duties & responsibilites include:
* Handling the administration of e-mails, quotation material and proposals for the Business development team.
*Liaising with Business Development Managers, Sales and Marketing coordinators, operations and project management teams and alike, to ensure that all communications are consistent and effective.
*On request, sending out proposals and quotations to new prospects and clients, filing documents and recording information in the CRM system.
*Assisting in the marketing and support of the Overseas and UK Reseller channels. This will involve regular contact by email, conference calls and on occasions.
*Preparation and attendance of Exhibitions. This will be done in cooperation with the existing Sales and Marketing coordination. Primarily the role will be about ensuring maximum effectiveness is achieved through advanced preparation and complete event cycle management. It is not an event logistics role.
*Preparation of Case studies, marketing material and indeed any collateral that is required for the business. This will include, but not limited to brochure productions and updates, flyers, datasheets, website content management, annual planners and presentations.
*To produce and manage PR material and relationships.
*To assist with other sales and marketing activity such as exhibitions, shows and conferences.
*To help with Marketing strategy and e-mediums such as Adwords, SEO etc.
