My client is a leading South Wales based manufacturer, renowned for supplying quality products to an ever expanding marketplace.
They have recently identified the need to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Manager to take their business to the next stage of their strategic growth plan.
Role & Responsibilities:
•Drive change through the implementation of Kaizen, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and empowered teams.
• Technical development and optimisation of existing and new processes using lean manufacturing tools.
•Co-ordination of new product introduction.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
•At least 5 years Production/Manufacturing management experience, preferrably with knowledge of fabrication methods.
•Experience of implementing continuous improvement activities within a pressurised environment.
•First class motivational and management skills.
