Manufacturing Test Manager required in East Sussex to work for a large UK defence organisation.
Manufacturing Test Manager required in East Sussex to work for a large UK defence organisation. The role will encompass RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (ensuring sufficient resources are available), providing TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT input on programmes, managing INTERNAL manufacturing TEST PROCESS DEVELOPMENT whilst keeping abreast of technological developments, STAFF MANAGEMENT (appraisals, reviews, directing the team) and ASSISTING the BID PROCESS. To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will need previous proven experience of managing a team of Avionics Testers. Successful applicants will be required to obtain UK MOD security clearance prior to appointment.
