Our client is a leading manufacturer of specialised equipment.
They are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join their expanding business.
Role & Responsibilities:
•Running the manufacturing team of 25
•Responsible for achieving production targets in terms of output, quality, safety and cost
•Lean Manufacturing
•Continuous Improvement
•Managing budgets
•Both office work and hands on work
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
•HNC or equivalent
•Supervisory experience
•Engineering or woodworking background
•Good communication and inter-personal skills
•Self motivation and organisational ability
