Wireman/Manufacturing Operators required immediately for a large defence organisation. The role is based in Templecombe, Somerset and is for an initial 3-4 month contract.
Main duties and responsibilities
Wiring of Piezo electric ceramics.
Encapsulation of assemblies using Potting material, Hardeners and Adhesives.
Manufacture of transducers.
Timely manufacture of all new and repaired items as directed by the Cell Managers programme requirements.

Assembly in accordance with route cards and data packs comprising drawings and design change documentation. Assist in the tuition and training of junior staff as necessary. To communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to all levels within the organisation. Consistently meets requirements of the Quality system in terms of hardware and accompanying documentation.
