One of the worlds leading Automotove suppliers require two Manufacturing Engineers on a contract basis ASAP.
The role will be as follows:
1)Understanding Manufacturing & Assembly Processes
2)Key areas for improvement
3)Modifying Process Control Charts
4)Creating & Modifying PFMEA's
5)Leading problem solving teams in finding a solution for Internal & External Quality issues
6)Leading problem solving teams in finding a solution for Engineering issues
7)Maintaining capability analysis
8)Purchasing new gauging and proving repeatability
9)Implementing changes using the Mod Note system
10)Machine fault finding
11)Carrying out Risk Assessments
12)Design & manufacture of Jigs & Fixtures using CAD (Pro Eng / Medusa Preferable)
13)Creating and maintaining production documentation
14)Writing justification's, purchasing & justifying tooling, gauging, racking etc.
15)Rectifying and finding solution's for any potential Health & Safety issues which may occur during improvement activities
